Getting Started with Word Clouds in Mac

- Open Microsoft Word on your Mac.
- Create a new document or open an existing one.
- Select all the text you want to turn into a word cloud by clicking and dragging your mouse over the text or by pressing Command + A (or Command + Shift + A on macOS Mojave and later).
- Go to the “Home” tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
- Click on the “Clouds” button in the “Clouds” group of icons at the right side of the ribbon (it looks like two cloud icons stacked together). This will open a new window with your word cloud generated from your selected text.
- You can customize your word cloud by changing its appearance, such as adding shapes or colors, or adjusting its size or position on the page. To do this, click on any of these options in the “Word Cloud” window and make your desired changes using the tools provided there (such as selecting different shapes or adjusting size and position). Click “OK” when you are done customizing your word cloud to apply your changes and close it back out again. Your final word cloud will be displayed below where you selected it to appear in your document (either at its current position or wherever you moved it).
