As a smartphone user, it can be challenging to find something that can help you express your creativity beyond the default keyboard options. One such tool is word art, which allows you to add illustrations and unique designs to your text, creating a visually interesting and unique way to communicate.
Word art allows you to create unique, personalized designs for any message. With different fonts, colors and shapes at your fingertips you can create something truly creative that stands out in a sea of text messages.
One of the best parts about word art on an iPhone is its ease of use. All you need is an Apple device with iBooks or another app that supports handwriting recognition – such as Evernote, asana or Trello – along with a stylus pen or finger pad.
Firstly tap into iBooks by pressing down on the home button at the top of your screen then hold down on the Home button until iBooks appears in list like apps
Then from this menu swipe left onto “Handwriting”. Tap “new”, select ‘handwriting input’ in bottom left
When prompted select ‘write me some words please’. Start typing away then let go leaving behind any marks or notes in different places if required (this enables feedback from other users)
Next use your fingers like regular touch input but with one tap instead using more than one finger (two taps makes it slightly harder) if there are multiple words going across together
Once set up , try adding background effects by first typing some lines through black text then repeat but now add shading effects by selecting pencil tool option underneath effect wheel above line tool
If feeling confident go ahead and click next time arrow until this comes up along with color selection options again select whatever feels best for what’s needed
Some ideas suggestions? Use color pens/pencils together for gradients; white ink together for contrast; various shapes/brushes/objects/names etc. This creates great contrast so everyone knows it’s not just spam.
For example:
- Use gradient shade across whole width/top/bottom lines highlighting different points of interest or personality
- Highlighting different letters separately will draw attention
- If bold accents really grab attention try changing pen width between letter sets
- Add bold letter outlines around sections
- More contrast means better visibility even when squinted
- Even little changes make big difference depending on lighting level /screen resolution
- Sketch/fetch character images/symbols/historical quotes/science facts etc relevant keywords all over design
- Put key dates/events etc alongside historical & iconic events within same space so easily accessed later
(For history especially)
Overall here are some quick steps;
- Create account/user name /email (you may have pre registered account already).
- Enable two factor authentication via Apple watch.
- Connect third party authentication services like Facebook , Google accounts etc.
- Setup Password recovery email linked here if forgotten password needs urgent access.
