1. Go-to File > New Document>
2.Select from options available(Excel , word document or anything according what u want)
You only have one option on excel now (like google docs but then u will notice that there are more options available like blank page,
worksheet,(xlsx), workbook,,.) Now let’s talk about typeface and size..
In excel add new cell click the font icon right side up arrow click on font under insert tab then name your font something else(like ‘Helvetica Black‘),choose size say 30 at minimum it makes much easier typing on wide scale..
And most important thing here no spacing between first letter & others once again make sure the font style is bold.
Now go back top editor (i.e right above inserting in line) and click over where document will be displayed in place where ever there you feel it has no gap between paragraph also
do that inside curly brackets instead of full double quotation mark as well inside curly brackets
you just have too select them all together including two spaces next between paragraphs once again use smart braces if writing multiple lines without extra space make sure selection wraps everything neatly when opening other documents look smartly.
